SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY

All orders that contain more than one shirt will be shipped as a package with DHL.
The shipping costs per package are 4.99 €.

You will receive DHL’s tracking mail to your e-mail address so you can track where your parcel is.
The delivery usually takes 2-5 days. In very rare cases, it can take up to 10 days.

Shipping by envelope within Germany (shirt shipping)

In the case that the order consists of only one shirt and therefore is not heavier than 500g, you can also choose the shipping by envelope.
The shipping costs per envelope within Germany are 3.95 €
The envelope will be sent by registered mail via German post.
The delivery takes place at your door and requires a signature from you.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

All parcels are shipped within Europe via DHL.
The shipping costs are 11,39 €  (13,45 $ / 9,94£)
Free shipping from 100€ (118,10$ / 87,24£)
You will receive a tracking mail from DHL and can thus track your order.
Delivery of parcels usually takes 2-8 days, but in rare cases may take up to 14 days.

Shipping by envelope within Europe (shirt-shipping)

If your order consists of only one shirt and therefore not heavier than 500g, you have the opportunity to choose the shipping by envelope via German post.
The shipping costs per large letter within Europe are 6.20€  (7,3$ / 5,41£)
The envelope will be sent by registered mail and delivery will be at your door only against signature.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

All packages are shipped internationally with DHL.
The shipping costs are 19,89€  (23.5$ / 17,35£)
Free shipping from 130€ (153,53$ / 113,41£)
DHL sends the shipment data via tracking mail as soon as the package is on the way.
Separately, we will sent your trackingnumber by email.
The delivery time for international packages is 14 -20 days.
In some cases, it can take 25 to 28 days, depending on which country is delivered to.

Shipping by envelope international (Shirt-shipping)

An order which consists only of a shirt and therefore weighs no more than 500g, can be shipped by envelope of German Post.
The shipping costs per envelope international amount to 6,20 €  (7,3$ / 5,41£)
The envelope will be sent by registered mail, brought to your door and handed over after your signing.

Missed delivery

Please always check if you have your correct address, a correct, current email address and a mobile phone number deposited with the order.
If the recipient is not present, the deliverer will make two more attempts to hand over the packages / envelopes or the shipment will be deposited in a branch office and you will be informed via message in the postbox.
After futile delivery attempts, the order will be sent back to our warehouse last.
We always assume that your contact details are correct, so that the deliverer in the case of contact has no problems to reach you.

Customs and duties

Customs legislation in some countries may impose a customs duty on imports of goods exceeding a certain value.
Please understand that we do not know the customs guidelines of any country in the world.
If this happens, you will be contacted by customs and asked to pay these costs.
If you do not want to bear these costs, the goods will be returned to the recipient.
In this case, we will of course reimburse you the value of the goods as soon as the package / envelope has returned to us.
